We've had difficulty securing volunteers and point people for projects. Between recruiting new members, the tree project, working with young Rotarians, collecting can/bottle donations, PR activities, stocking the food pantry, and staffing the trailer at events, there's a lot going on for a club our size!

 

So, we'll need to be selective in which projects we pursue going forward and ensure we can effectively staff the projects we choose. 

 

That way, we can do the most good by focusing our efforts together rather than spreading ourselves thin. 

 

At our next meeting, let's plan to discuss how we can equitably distribute responsibilities so everyone gets to participate and enjoy giving back.
